•  For Returning patients who have not been to the Clinic for 12 months or more.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour’s notice to cancel or change an appointment.

If less than 24hour’s notice is given, then a late cancellation fee will be charged (50% of that appointment cost).

Missed appointments are charged at the full price of that appointment. 

Payment in Advance for New and Returning Patients

For your first visit, or if you have not been to the Clinic for 12 months or more, you will be asked to pay in advance in full for your treatment.

Payment can be taken over the phone, by a payment link to email / text message or in person. This payment is non refundable if less than 24 hours notice is given.
